Hula Hoop Fitness – a simple tire as a new training device? Hard to believe, because most associate it with childhood memories rather than real fitness exercises. But more and more people are rediscovering the colorful hoops that lay forgotten in the basement for a long time – and there is a good reason for this: real full-body fitness training is possible with the inconspicuous hula hoops.

As with all sports, it is also important when exercising with the hula hoop to warm up a little beforehand. Some have developed a program for this:
